Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of face cream being a health and wellness item, we do not grant refunds or returns.

If you are dissatisfied with the product in any way, please contact Dr. James Hu within 14 days of receiving the product: jameshumd@gmail.com and let him know what the issue is along with a photo of the product in question.  If the request is made outside of the 14-day window, we reserve the right to not honor the request.

If approved, a new unit of face cream will be mailed out as a replacement.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at jameshumd@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
