Fulfillment/Shipping Policy
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that potential delays due to high order volumes or postal service issues beyond our control may occur.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The standard rate is $11.00 flat rate per order unless otherwise specified.
Local Delivery: We do not offer local delivery or in-store pickup to customers.
In-Store Pickup: We do not offer in-store pickup.
International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Status: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at jameshumd@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Include a link for customers to track their order if available.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes: Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. boxes. Please refer to the specific carrier policies and communicate them to your customers here.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:
Due to the nature of face cream being a health and wellness item, we do not grant refunds or returns.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at jameshumd@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
